HOW TO ENTER:

Your promotional 600mL, 1.5L or 2.25L bottle of 'L&P' has a unique code under the label. From 00.00.01am on 2 November 2009 to 11:59:59pm on 24 January 2010 (the promotional period) enter the unique code via text to '9888' or online at www.tourismpaeroa.co.nz to enter the draw.

TEXT: Send the unique code only to '9888'. Enter using any text capable NZ mobile phone (021, 022, 027, 028 & 029). Texts to "9888" cost 20 cents. All entries received by text will receive a free confirmation text by return to confirm the entry has been received and that the unique code has not previously been entered or is not otherwise invalid.
INTERNET: Go to www.tourismpaeroa.co.nz and enter your unique code and details.

Prizes will be awarded to the registered user of the mobile number the texts are sent from or the email account each winning entry is received from.

EACH CODE = 1 ENTRY IN THE CURRENT MAJOR PRIZE DRAW: Every time you enter a unique code via text or web you receive one entry in the current major prize draw to be in to "WIN a Big L&P tiki-tour" and one entry into the current weekly prize draw to be in to WIN one (1) of the twelve (12) prizes detailed in the weekly prize section below.

PRIZES:

Major Prize:
(1) 'L&P' Big tiki-tour (Major Prize) per month to be won (3 Major Prizes in total). Each Major Prize is valued at $7,630NZD.
The Major Prize includes:

• 10 days hire of a Maui Spirit 4 Motorhome (4 berth) including insurance, hire of a GPS navigation system, portable DVD player and one (1) four person tent including four (4) sleeping bags. Pick up and drop off points for motorhomes are: Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch or Queenstown. Use of the Maui Spirit 4 Motorhome is subject to Maui's terms and conditions available at www.maui.co.nz.
• Breakdown recovery;
• $600 MTA vouchers;
• one (1) first aid kit;
• four (4) sleeping bags;
• one (1) 'L&P' Road Atlas; and
• $2,500NZD spending money.

• all other costs including additional spending money and personal expenses (shopping, transportation to and from pick up/drop off points, food and beverages expenses, taxes, camping fees and additional diesel costs);
• vehicle security deposits, additional location fees, change of drop-off destination fees, unauthorised late drop-off fees, upgrades, soiling/cleaning fees;
• road toll, car parking and vehicle ferry fees;
• accidental insurance coverage; and
• payment of any parking fees, towing fines or traffic offence fines howsoever incurred.

Entry
1. Information on How to Enter and prize details form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry into this promotion deems acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
3. 3. This promotion is only open to "Eligible Entrants", being individuals who: (i) are residents of New Zealand aged 13 years or older as at 2 November 2009; and (ii) are not employees of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the promotion; and (iii) are not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee, and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
4. Entrants are limited to a total of 10 entries (via text or internet) per day.

Prize Draws
5. Prizes will be awarded to the Eligible Entrant provided that he/she is the registered user of the mobile number or email account each winning entry is received from.
6. There will be three (3) Major Prize Draws (each a Major Prize Draw), with one (1) winner for each Major Prize Draw. Major Prize Draws will be held on: 30 November 2009, 31 December 2009 and 25 January 2010. The first valid entry drawn each month will win the Major Prize. The winner will be advised of arrangements to receive their prize at the time of their notification.
7. Entries into one Major Prize Draw will not be included in any subsequent or Major Prize Draw.
8. Each Major Prize must be booked and travel must be taken by 31 July 2010 otherwise the entire Major Prize is forfeited. No extensions or variation on these travel dates will be permitted. All components of the Major Prize must be taken together. Once booked, any changes made to the booking may incur a cancellation or amendment fee, at the cost of the winner.
9. The Major Prize elements of 10 days hire of a Maui Spirit 4 Motorhome (4 berth) including insurance, $600 MTA vouchers, one (1) first aid kit, one (1) four person tent with sleeping bags and $2,500NZD spending money can be substituted and taken as cash to the value of $7,170NZD. The four (4) sleeping bags and one (1) 'L&P' Road Atlas are not transferable and cannot be substituted for cash.
10. Should circumstances beyond the Promoter's control arise, prizes may be altered. The prize values are accurate as at the date of the commencement of the promotional period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
11. The first of the twelve (12) Weekly Draw periods starts at 00:00:01am 2 November 2009 and ends at 11:59:59pm 8 November 2009. Each other Weekly Draw period corresponds to the seven (7) day period commencing at 00:00:01am on each Monday and ending at 11:59:59pm on the following Sunday until 24 January 2010.
12. Each valid entry received during a Weekly Draw period will be entered into the relevant Weekly Draw. Each Weekly Draw will be held at Apollo Marketing, Level 4, 165 The Strand, Parnell, Auckland 1010 at 5.00pm on the first business day (Monday-Friday inclusive) after the end of the week in respect of which it is held. An entry received exactly on the start of a week will be allocated to the week that is just commencing. There is a limit of one Weekly Prize per household.
13. Entries into one Weekly Draw will not be included in any subsequent Weekly Draw.
14. Allow 28 days delivery for all Weekly Prizes. The Promoter is not responsible for any Weekly Prize which is lost or does not otherwise arrive. Where an item is provided or sponsored by a third party, the winner consents to the Promoter providing the third party with his/her name, address and other relevant details to enable the dispatch of the item to the winner.
15. If the Promoter is unable to contact any winner of any prize after a period of seven days following the original draw date for that prize, having made reasonable efforts to do so, that winner's entry will be declared invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to randomly draw a new winner of that prize from eligible participants on the same Terms and Conditions as the original draw for that prize.
16. Weekly Prizes are not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.

General
17. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries/claims and Eligible Entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant/claimant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
18. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
19. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. Prior to receiving the Major Prize and being declared a winner, the Eligible Entrant will be required to show proof of identity, e.g. passport or driver's licence, and sign a Participation Agreement, accepting the terms and conditions relating to the use and enjoyment of the Major Prize and releasing the Promoter and its related companies and each of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability in connection with the Promotion and/or the Major Prize, confirming compliance with these Conditions of Entry and consenting to the use of his or her name, city of residence, and photograph in any and all forms of media, without payment or other compensation, in any publicity carried out by Promoter and/or its advertising and promotional agencies.
21. Each Major Prize Winner also agrees to entering into a rental agreement for the use of the Motorhome accepting Maui's terms and conditions (see link above) relating to the use of the Motorhome.
22. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
23. Promotional materials (including caps and labels) are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
24. Multiple entries will be accepted but each unique code can only be entered once, and each entry must be sent in separately. The Promoter will not be responsible for text messages or website entries not received, recognised or delayed and proof of sending or entering such details does not constitute receipt.
25. Any person suspected of cheating in the opinion of the Promoter through the manipulation of entry to the website or by text, creation or use of software to aid in multiple entries and otherwise fraudulently falsifying data or acting in any way fraudulent, in the opinion of the Promoter, will be removed from the Promotion and damages may be sought. All entries submitted by that entrant will be declared invalid and that entrant will not be permitted to enter any future promotions held by the Promoter or any of its associated companies.
26. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
27. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where attributable to any of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Conditions of Entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
28. All entries remain the property of the Promoter.
29. All personal information provided by winners will be held for the Promoter at Apollo Marketing, Level 4, 165 The Strand, Parnell, Auckland, New Zealand or such other place as is notified to the Eligible Entrant on request. Under the Privacy Act 1993, Eligible Entrants have the right to access and correct their personal information. The Promoter will destroy all details once the prizes have been claimed and the Promotion closes.
30. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this Promotion due to events arising beyond its control. The Promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
31. The Promoter reserves its right to modify these Conditions of Entry at any time for any reason.
32. Entry into this Promotion deems consent to use prize winners' names and photographs for any promotional purposes.
